Windows Terminal 1.0 is here!
Microsoft announced the Windows Terminal at Build last year and released it yesterday.
Windows Terminal has left the beta and this is the first version. A new thing is that the user can run multiple terminals thanks to the tabs. It’s possible to run Bash, PowerShell and CMD. The user can even change themes, backgrounds and fonts in the terminal. It uses GPU Accelerated Rendering to render the text. This provides a much faster experience when using the command line. Microsoft will update Windows Terminal once a month.
If you’re a Windows 10 user, you can get it from here.
